Algebra Worksheets Factoring Polynomials
Question: Algebra 2 Midterm Preparation Help?
Can you guys help me on a worksheet given to me to work on to get ready for my algebra 2 midterm exam? I really need it.
61. Evaluate the determinant.
3 5 5
5 2 5
5 6 3
63. Use Cramer’s rule if possible to solve the system of linear equations.
5x-3y = -68
x = 4y
65. Use Cramer’s rule if possible to solve the system of linear equations.
y = 3x – 5
2y + 10x = 70
86. Find all positive and negative integers b such that the trinomial is factorable.
x^2 + bx – 13
b = ?
87. Factor the polynomial completely.
x^2 – x -45
96. Solve.
A rectangular floor measures 40 feet by 96 feet. Find the diagonal length of the floor.
Thank you guys so much for the help. I really need it. I won’t forget to choose a best answer!
I’m not wanting you to do them for me, I wanted people to explain to me how to do them. I don’t even know where to start.
Answer: If I just give you the answer it won’t be any help as preparation for the exam. Why don’t you at least TRY it yourself and than tell me where you are stuck?

Question: Algebra 2 help pleaseeeeee?
These are some select problems that I’m not sure about out of a bunch that I get from the math from random worksheets I downloaded to teach myself Alg 2 over the summer. I numbered them for the convenience of answering. If anyone can solve and explain all of them it would be great, because I learn best from seeing it done… Thanks for all your help! I will award best answer asap to the most thorough answers!

Radius
The distance from the center of the circle to any point of the circle is called the radius. The radius of a circle is usually denoted by r.
Diameter
A line segment drawn through the center of the circle to points on either side of hte circle is called the diameter. The circle is bisected or cut into two equal parts along the diameter line. The diameter is eual to 2x the radius.
2r = diameter
Circumference
The distance around the circle is called the circumference. The circumference of a circle is equal to 2 x pi x redius or pi x diameter.
