Question: Kumon level G….? HELP PLEASE READ IF UR GOOD AT MATHS!!!!!!!!?

I’m on level G of kumon right now and I’m already like halfway through all the worksheets but i still dont undertsnad adding and subtracting positive and negative numbers! its so fustrating cos i know how to times and divide pos and neg numbers but dont know how to add and sub!!!!!!!! please give me some tips or the rules of add and subtracting pos and neg numbers and i have my g test soon and im freaking out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
