We’re on Chapter 4 and we got a worksheet for homework (Chapter Test B from McDougal Littell Inc.) and I don’t get #25 at all!
It says “Find the slop of the graph of the linear function f with f(0)=4 and f(3)=13.”

Answer: slope = rise over run

f(0) = 4 means that it passes through (0,4)
f(3) = 13 means that it passes through (3, 13)

m = (13-4)/(3-0)
= 11/3
