Math Worksheets Fractions Mixed Numbers
Question: Just some simple farctions to reduce….?
I just need help figuring out how to reduce fractions to simplest. I am doing a worksheet for Math class and it requires and answer (one of those sentences that it comes with when you get all of the answers done) and I just need some help with these ones! They need to be reduced to lowest terms, and in no way of an improper fraction! (just mixed numbers/proper fractions)

Answer: When reducing fractions, just look to see what numbers the numerator and denominator have in common. So, #1 can be reduced by 2, #2 can be reduced by 6, #3 can be reduced by 10, and #4 can be reduced by 8.
1.) 7/18
2.) 1/6
3.) 1/10
4.) 3/4
Then you just check to make sure there are no other numbers the numerator and denominator have in common. If not, then you’re done!
