Math Worksheets Negative Integers
Question: Help math solving equation…no real solution 10 points!!!?
I solved msot fo the problems on my worksheet it says:
Solve the equation or write no real solution. write the solution as integers if possible, otherwise write them as radical expressions.
With these…i keep ending up with positive/negative long numbers since each answer is usually positive and negative the positive sign and negative sign under the poisitive.
I need help with these..
16-x^2=12
a^2=20
x^2+4=16
8-2x^2=-333x^2-8=21
Thanks.
Answer: 16 – x² = 12
x² = 4
x = ± 2
Answer: x = 2, – 2
———–
a² = 20
a = ± √20 or ± 4.472136
Answer: a = ± √20 OR a = ± 4.472136
———–
x² + 4 = 16
x² = 12
x = ± √12 OR ± 3.4641017
Answer: x = ± √12 OR x = ± 3.4641017

Quintiles
Below are some examples of quintiles. If you are not familiar with quintiles, you can use quintile Math Worksheets to practice and be familiar with what quintiles are and how to use quintiles.
What are quintiles?
Quintiles are points 1/5, 2/5, 3/5 and 4/5 of the way through a frequency distribution. Basically, a quantile is one fifth or 20% of any data distribution. The terms quantile or quantiles are used in statistics when describing a distribution of population.
Examples of quintiles
Below are example of quintiles. The first quintile is the point with 1/5 of the data below it and 4/5 above it. See illustration of the quintiles below.
The word quintile can also refer to the subset of data falling between two of these points. For example, the middle quintile is the subset of the data falling between 2/5 and 3/5 of the way through the sample.

Quantiles are closely related to quantiles and percentiles.
